From idea to shipped software
Design, build, deploy — one team accountable for the whole thing, start to finish.
How a build runs
No handoff between a designer who leaves, a developer who reinterprets, and an account manager relaying between them. The people who design it build it, which removes the gap where most of the cost and confusion lives.
- Scoping — what it does, what it doesn’t, and what it costs. Agreed before work starts.
- Design — the actual screens, not a mood board.
- Build — in working increments you can look at, not a six-week silence.
- Deploy — live, monitored, and handed over with the code and accounts in your name.
Proof it ships
Notara started as an AI-assisted NDIS documentation platform — support workers describe a shift in plain English, and it generates draft case notes, incident reports and progress notes for a human to review. We designed, built and deployed it end to end: authentication, Stripe subscriptions, Claude API integration, sensitive-data handling and a database structured around a regulated-adjacent domain.
It’s still live, and it’s the reason “we ship this end to end” isn’t a claim we ask you to take on trust.
Common questions
What does end-to-end app development include?
Scoping, design, build and deployment as one engagement rather than four handoffs. That means the screens are designed by the people who build them, work arrives in increments you can open and use, and the finished system is deployed, monitored and handed over with the code and accounts in your name.
Who owns the code and the accounts at the end?
You do. The repository is in your organisation's name, hosting and third-party accounts are registered to your business, and the handover includes documentation another developer can pick up without calling us.
